The Vegetable Orchestra
I was really amazed on how they came up with this. They made such beautiful music that sounds like techno. You can dance with it. The vegetable orchestra was founded In Vienna in 1998. The orchestra has 10 musicians, one cook, and one sound technician. It uses musical instruments made out of vegetables. Watch this video!
Today is my day off
Today is my day off. It is a great timing because I will be attending a wedding party later. I woke up really early today. I would like to sleep in but I can’t. I feel energetic today. But I bet you; I am going to be very tired later. I guess, I can take a nap in the afternoon for an hour or two. I hope I could. I have to run some errands in the afternoon. I need to get some stuff for later. I am so glad to have a day off this week. I have been very busy at work most especially when the licensing came. It was really stressful at work. Thank God, it turned all right. I was glad about it. On next week, I only one day off, I hate to think about it. Oh, well, I need money right now.
A little treat for me
So, I worked on my day off. It was not as bad as I thought. After work, I went to a meeting for an hour. The meeting went fine. I really learned a lot. They provided us some new tips and information to make our job well. So, after the meeting, I decided to give myself a little treat. It might be a treat to you but to me it is. The main office of my work is near the “In-N-Out” fast-food restaurant. I went to In-N-Out for a burger and fries. I bought my husband fries since he loves it. I also love their fries because it’s made from fresh potatoes. It is not like those fast-food chains that used frozen French fries with some additives. I was so happy to a burger and fries. I rarely go to In ‘N Out nor go fast-foods since I am a semi-vegetarian ( maybe once in a blue moon). I did not have any guilt feelings though. However, going to In-N-Out is like a treat to me.
Klein Bottle House
This beach house is called Klein Bottle House, which was designed by McBride Charles Ryan. It was named the world’s best home at the 2009 World Architecture Festival awards. Why is it called Klein Bottle House? A Klein Bottle is a multifaceted and compound numerical concept that involves folding a cylinder into itself in order to produce a strange, odd, spiraling form. This concept was the dynamic force behind the Klein Bottle House. A steel frame was coated with cement and sheet metal. You can find a courtyard at the center of the house to allow winds to easily pass through.
Mushroom house
Do you like mushrooms? Well, someone really like mushrooms to the extent that Architect Terry Brown designed and built a mushroom house. The house is made of woodwork; weird shapes and a selection of materials come together to form a cohesive, although crazy structure. The fantastical design doesn’t stop at the front door. The interior is decorated and ornamented with bony cabinets and bright and colorful rock walls. It is extremely personal and artistic.
Dealing with job
We are shorthanded again at work. My other co-worker in the morning shift just resigned today. Now, I have to work on my day off. Let’s see if I can handle a week of work without any day off. I bet you, I will be tired and exhausted. Well, let me put it this way, I work to make money. And besides, I kind of need more money right now since we are still in progress of renovating our house. I cannot wait to get it done so I can concentrate and focus on my studies or schooling. I really want to focus on my schooling so I can have my own online business. But for now, I just have to deal with job well and make money.
