It’s a long weekend! It’s Memorial Day weekend. I was glad that my husband does not have to go to work on Monday. That means “family time”. I love spending time with my husband. He works so hard. So, he deserves to have a break sometimes. I am looking forward to doing something on Monday, maybe I will cook dinner. Customarily, people here in the U.S. do have barbecue party on Memorial Day. I guess, it is a celebration for the opening of summer. I wish I could cook some barbecue on Monday, unfortunately, we don’t have any grill anymore. We gave it away. Hmmm but next time…

Acne is one of the most frustrating and annoying skin problems among people. Acne can affect one’s self-esteem greatly. I had a classmate in high school before, she didn’t want to go out of her house, mingle with friends or classmates because of her acne. All she did was to hide from people. It was sad. She lost her esteem and she became insecure. But that was before, now she feels more confident about herself because she took acne pills to get rid of the pesky acne. I still know some people feel this way even if they are already adults. Boy, I tell you acne can really affect one’s personality. However, there are many different kinds of acne treatments available in the market today. The question is which one is the best. There are many acne treatments that claimed they are the best. One of the ways to find it out is to read up some reviews online on acne treatments.

I missed working
I really enjoy being a full-time mom. I quit my job since I got pregnant because it was too much for my pregnancy. Though I must admit that I missed my job sometimes. I missed working in general. I was thinking of going back to work in three or four years from now. I’ll see what’s going to happen. I want to help my husband in our finances so we could pay off our house and save money. I am thinking about getting tech jobs. I love doing and working something related to computers. In fact, I studied computer information majoring in web design. Right now, I am just focusing on being a first time mom. My bundle of joy needs me right now but when he is old enough to go to the day care or school, I will start to seek a tech job online. I hope there’ll be plenty of openings by then.
Tornado in Missouri
It was shocking to know about what happened in Joplin, Missouri. Yesterday, a tornado in Joplin, Missouri has probably caused the highest death toll from a single tornado in more than 50 years. A massive tornado that tore a six-mile path through the town Sunday and killed at least 116. This is sad. My friend’s great grandma lost her house and thankfully, she wasn’t home when it happened as she attended a graduation party. What’s going on these days? A lot of tornado cases this year.

Petroleum hose
I just talked my mom the other day. My parents live very far from me, so long distance call comes in handy in this situation. I call them every two weeks to know what’s going and what’s new with them. Whenever they encounter some problems at home, they seek help or advice from me. The last time we talked was about the petroleum hose. At their home, they are using LPG for their cooking stove. The petroleum hose needs to be replaced. So, I told them to check out online for available petroleum hose. I hope my brother would help them find one. Well, things don’t last forever right? I hope they could find a better and more durable hose.
