Time runs fast. It is the month of April. April is the fourth month of the year in the Gregorian calendar or in our calendar. According to history, April was used to be the second month of the Roman calendar 700 BC. It was before January and February was added. And then, it became the fourth month in 450 BC. The name April is derived from the name Aprilis. The word Aprilis means “to open” – being the season when trees and flowers begin to open.
