Don’t Break the Habit

I am just so tired today. I work this morning and now I am studying. I cannot wait to take my big test. I am already tired of doing this. Whatever the outcome is I will accept it. My eyes are just so tired from reading.

Anyhow, despite my hectic schedule these days, I have been doing well with my routine. I still managed to exercise, clean the house, and do some other chores. So, even if your life is so hectic, don’t break the habit to do your chores (I know this sounds boring), relax and go out with friends and loved ones.

*Don’t Break the Habit – The easiest way to keep things going is simply not to stop.

*Commit for Thirty Days – Make a commitment to go every day
*Make it Fun
*Schedule During Quiet Hours
*Enjoyment Before Effort – After you finish any work out, ask yourself what parts you enjoyed and what parts you did not.
*Measure Fitness
*Isolate Your Weakness
*Go for Yourself, Not to Impress
