Big belly can decrease lung function

I have been working on my flabby belly lately. I do exercise bike every other day. For me, it is fun since I don’t have to leave home. The flab on my belly is not very big but I just want to tighten my abs. I want to look sexy in the eyes of my husband. Anyhow, don’t you know that excess belly can mess up lung function? Yes, excess can affect your lung function. We all know that our diaphragm initiates our respiration. Scientifically, big belly decreases lung function. Fat tissue increases inflammation in the body. Exercise is one of the effective ways to lose these fats on our belly. Exercise can also improve our circulation. So, take time to exercise daily to have a good lung function and blood circulation.
