How important is water in our body? We need water in our bodies more than food. The human body is composed of 60 – 70% water. That’s why we need to drink eight 8 glasses or more of water daily. ThinkPhotobucket about this – every day we eat and, of course the food has to be digested. Right? Water actually aids in this process. It prevents us from having constipation. If you are always constipated, drink a lot of water. Let’s talk about cells – our cells also needs water so that nutrients and oxygen can be carried to them, thus it keeps them healthy and helps them maximize their functions. Water helps eliminate some toxins and wastes in our body through sweat and urine. Water also aids mucous membrane moist around the nose, lungs and even mouth. Water also aids in shock absorber for the spinal cord, eyes, and uterus. When you have your monthly period, drink a lot of water. This prevents dysmenorrhea or severe uterine pain during menstruation. This what I do whenever I have my period. And thanks to water, I hardly have any pains during my period.

Another thing, water is one of the very best diet aids and fat reducers. It reduces sodium buildup and helps maintain muscle tone. Relieves fluid retention. Water is one of the best cure or treatments for our most common ailments. It can treat depression, dehydration, allergies, asthma, high blood pressure, diabetes, headaches, chronic fatigue syndrome, alcohol dependency, lower back pain, neck pain, and on and on. When we say water – water is water. Drink water everyday for at least eight glasses of water per day.
