How many glasses of water you should drink daily? My husband always reminds me to drink a lot of water every day. He wants me to drink a least 12 glasses of water a day so I won’t get dehydrated. Dehydration can cause severe headache and can drain your energy. Water is very important to our body. It all depends on individual’s size, activity, health, and place where you live. So, if you live in a very humid place, you should drink plenty of water (maybe 16 glasses of water, but it depends on your body size and activitiy). Anyhow, water makes up 60% of our body weight. Water flushes toxins our of body organs. It also transports nutrients to the cells and gives moist to our throat, nose, ear, nose, and eyes. Water is good. And it is not expensive. Drink plenty of water every day.
