Unwanted hair is not a preference to most women. Even most body builders want to get their unwanted hair removed. Removing unwanted hair takes time and can be annoying and frustrating.

There are common ways to remove unwanted hair, such as shaving, plucking, waxing, epilators, waxing, and depilatories. But these methods are just temporary and depend on where the hair is situated. I usually shave to remove excess hair but I notice after a day, it grows out. I don’t pluck out the hair on my legs because it hurts. The way most people removed their unwanted hair nowadays is through permanent hair removal or using with the high technology, laser hair removal. Laser hair removal is a non-surgical procedure and one of the most effective and efficient methods to remove hair.

Get to know more about laser hair removal before you undergo this procedure, you can check out laser hair removal video below. And if you are interested, there’s a complete laser hair removal training DVD you can find at videoshelf.com. The video includes complete demonstration, instructions and guide to laser hair removal.

I am going to call my parents in P.I later. I want to know how it has been in the wake of my late aunt. I kinda nervous about calling them because I don’t want to become too emotional. You know, in times like this, we tend to be very emotional, sad and blue. I missed my aunt already. I hope she’s happy where she’s at right now. Until now, I still couldn’t believe that she’s gone. Well, life unfolds on a sheet called time and once finished is gone forever. I will never see my aunt again but her memory will always remain in my heart and mind.

safetype-ergonomics-keyboardDo you use computer all the time? Are you afraid that you might develop the risk of repetitive motion injury? Well, the modern technology has invented a so-called “Safetype Keyboard”. It reduces the risk of CTS (carpal tunnel syndrome). This keyboard has ergonomic design, which basically changes the location of tension from the wrists and forearms to the neck and shoulders and reduces high-stress positions that cause Repetitive stress injuries. It is said that with this keyboard, you can stand your arms relaxed at your sides, and use your biceps to carry your hands up and forward until your forearms are parallel to the floor and your palms in front of each other. This keyboard sounds interesting to me, though it looks odd because of its side mirrors. But the side mirrors are designed to give you a view of the letters while you are typing with the keyboard.

Real Estate is really going down nowadays. I think it’s the right time to buy homes while real estate market is not likely bouncing back yet. Actually, most of the foreclosure homes are stripped and dumped. Apparently, you are going to change some things like for example the kitchen, rooms, bathrooms, etc. In most cases, homeowners tend to make some changes in the bathroom.  If you need bathroom fixtures and accessories, I’d recommend faucet.com. You can find bathroom sinks, faucets, accessories, fans, lighting, toilet or everything that you may need for bathroom redecoration or repairs. You can make prudent and sensible changes that will give your house a brand new look. And remember, in planning some home repairs, you also have to make an estimate of money and time.

Spinach

Tonight, I am going to saute spinach. My husband loves the way I cook spinach. We are both vegetarians. What is spinach? Spinach is dark green leafy vegetable. It is rich in vitamins A and C, folate, calcium, and iron. What I do is I just improvise and make up my own recipes. My husband loves the way I cook. I just love cooking. I would prefer to cook than eating out or getting food from restaurant. I love fresh food. I never get tired of cooking. Well, anyhow, here’s how I cook spinach.

ingredients:images
1 lb. bag of baby spinach
small slices of garlic
fine slices of onions
2 tbs. of soy sauce
a dash of black pepper
2 tbsp. of Olive oil

Procedure:

Put olive oil in a pan. Heat it up under medium fire. Saute garlic and onion. When it’s golden brown, put spinach in a pan. Stir it until spinach is glazed with oil. Pour soy sauce and add black pepper to taste.

That’s my simple recipe. Enjoy!
