2009, a great year to buy homes
I was so happy to learn that our family friends will finally have the key to the house they wanted. They are going to finalized the escrow on Friday. They wish to drop by here to celebrate with us. Hopefully, they will. They waited for a couple of months to get this house process done. It is their first house! They are so super excited about it.
