A bigger size tv stand is perfect for LCD tv
In my previous post, I was talking about home theater. I know it is impossible for us right now to get a home theater seating because our house is not big enough to accommodate these things. But as soon as we moved in to a new house, I’d like to have a nice entertainment room. For now, I am considering on getting a new tv stand for our 37-inch LCD TV with cabinets. I desire for a wider and high quality wooden tv stand. Our present tv stand is not that bad but it is small, which would likely tip over anytime. Oh, no, I wouldn’t want that to happen. I think a bigger size tv stand is great and perfect for a 37-inch LCD tv. What do you think? See photo below. I don’t mind investing on a high quality tv stand – they last longer.

Learn some massage techniques
This idea came into my mind when my husband was complaining about his back and neck the other day. I gave him rubbing and kneading to relax the muscles and ease the pain. But it did not really work out. It made me think of getting some award winning massage dvds including couples massage techniques. And a facial massage video is fine too. I love massage. Eating veggies and fruits will give you a fresh start
It is nice to be health conscious. I started to be more conscious with my health when I became a vegetarian. My diet is close to vegan. It takes time, efforts and sacrifices to change my diet. But once you’re there, it is really worth it. I used to be a meat lover. I ate meat every day. I am into detoxification. Detoxification is the removal of toxic substances in our body. I am not talking about taking some cleansing medicine. I am talking about vegetables that contain cleansing effects. They are detox foods that contain cleansing agents. Eating clean will give you a fresh start, like:
* Green Leafy vegetables- I love these vegetables, especially
* “Malunggay”. I know malunggay has cleansing effects to our body. It can even heal a wound. Eat the green leafy vegetables raw, throw them into a broth, and add them to juices. Their chlorophyll helps mop out ecological toxins (heavy metals, pesticides) and protects the liver.
* Lemons – It contains vitamin C- the detox vitamin. It helps convert the toxics to a water soluble substance so it can easily be flushed away.
* Green Tea- I love tea. This antioxidant-rich brew is one of the healthiest ways to get more fluids into your system. It contains catechin that speed up liver activities
* Broccoli sprouts – They are 20 to 50 times more cancer-fighting, enzyme-stimulating activity into each bite than the grown-up vegetable.
* Cabbage – There are two main types of detoxifying enzymes in the liver; this potent veggie helps activate both of them. I love cabbage so much, may it be raw or cooked.
* Fruits – rich in vitamin C, fiber, nutritious fluids, and all kinds of antioxidants.
* Garlic – it gives benefits to cardio or heart, it activates liver enzymes that help filter out junk. I really love garlic. I don’t know if I can eat without it. Hehe just teasing. I love roasted garlic. It is so mouthwatering.
