Winona Ryder strikes again
A lot of people went to Black Friday sale yesterday. Actually, the Black Friday sale increased up to 3% compare to last year. I wondered how many shoplifters made their way yesterday. They probably took advantage. And speaking of shoplifting, Winona Ryder has been accused of stealing more than $124,000 worth of Bulgari jewels she borrowed for a Nov. 20 event sponsored by Marie Claire magazine in Madrid. Winona Ryder was known for stealing diamond-encrusted bracelet and ring from a store in 2001. She was never ashamed and felt guilty of what she did. She thinks stealing is not wrong because she hadn’t hurt anyone. Let’s see if she’ll be convicted again. Poor girl, she has this disorder.

gadgets are getting smaller in size nowadays? As the saying goes,” The smaller, the better”. Like the netbook – it is pretty affordable, handy and light. I can prove it since I have one. It weighs 2lbs. and you can put in your purse. You can bring it anywhere. It is not heavy. And another thing, the slimmest laptop in the world, Apple MacBook Air – it weighs 3lbs. and the thickness is three quarters of an inch. I never saw this laptop. For me, it looks very vulnerable. It is very slim. The only disadvantage with these small gadgets is they do have some limitations. Of course, you can’t find the same power you’ll ever find in desktop computers.
Tofurky for Thanksgiving Day!
How was your Thanksgiving? Did you watch your diet? Our Thanksgiving Day was great! We had Tofurky yesterday instead of Turkey. We didn’t kill any turkey. I don’t mean to give you any guilt. I am just teasing. What is Tofurky? Tofurky is a meat substitute and made of organic tofu. Sounds like vegetarian or vegan, huh? Yes, we are vegetarian. I started to appreciate vegetables more when I got married because my husband is a vegetarian. I didn’t argue! Anyhow, Tofurky is round in shape (as you can see the photo) and stuffed with herbs, mushrooms and wild rice. It also comes with cranberry-apple potato dumplings, delicious gravy and a “wishbone” meatless jerky. Tofurky has been our traditional food on holidays and occasions.
