Small-chested motorists are not allowed to drive

Small-chested motorist are not allowed to drive motorbikes in Vietnam. Isn’t that strange? This regulation would ban anyone with a chest smaller than 28 inches from operating a motorbike that people w— as well as those who are too short (less than 4 -foot-8) or too thin (less than 88 pounds). I can’t see any reasons why they have to do this. The Vietnamese people didn’t like this regulation and thought it was rediculous. How could a police tell the measurement of the chest of a woman? Are they going to pull them over and measure their breasts? This public criticsm has brought to the attention of the ministry official Nguyen Huy Quang and said the proposal would be suspended.
