Milk + Beer = Bilk
One of the weirdest Japanese products is Milk Beer. Isn’t it weird? Milk + Beer = Bilk That is how that call this product. A liquor store businessman in Nakashibetsu, Japan whose main industry is dairy farming had suggested the idea of producing the milk beer to local brewery Abashiri Beer. They thought that the concept was great. So, they maid Bilk. I wonder what’s taste of the Bilk. I guess, you can just experiment this at home. hahah
There are ways to reduce calories. I am not really a calorie-conscious person. As I am vegetarian. I am totally concerned about the amount of fats and cholesterol in food. By the way, what is a calorie? It is unit of energy. Here some ways to avoid more calories in our diet.
- You have to include more vegetables and fruits in your diet. In this way, you’ll get more energy, protein, vitamins and minerals necessary for healthy body.
- Avoid eating junk foods and sodas. Those are not good for you.
- Read the nutritional label on food. I would say that the lower in fat and carbs, the fewer calories you will have.

Like I said, this is my first domain. I would like to add some more domains in one of these days when I am not so busy. I would like to thank my dear friend Mabelle for hosting this website. My first domain
This is my first domain. I bought this today, June 13, 2008, at Godaddy.com for $7.00 only– a year subscription. But it will go back to its regular price which is $9.99 (It is fine with me). I thought it was a very good deal. I came up with this domain name: vienesky because it reminds me of my messenger ID. Actually, it is pronounced as “vien-ski”. It sounds Polish, thought I am not from Poland. This site will contain some personal ideas, thoughts, tips, experiences, and reviews. Enjoy reading…..
