Wall.E
So we watched the movie “Wall-E” yesterday. I really loved it. I am going to make a short review of this movie here in my blog. The story was unique and very neat. It was really good for the whole family– from kids to adult. The theater was packed with people, especially with kids. It was kinda noisy, baby cried there and there…. but it was fun. However, I liked how Pixar created the story. It was not predictable at all. The movie did not really involve a lot of talking. But it was understandable; even young kids could understand it. There was a bit of a drama at the end and I cried a little. The sound was not loud. The music was just ok. The animation was awesome. It looked like real. I would say that over the years, Pixar has progressively developed their animations and visual effects. Two thumbs up for Pixar. I can’t wait to have a toy and a dvd. Overall, the story was about environment. That’s a hint! That’s all, I could ever give. haha See it yourself and enjoy Wall-E.

It’s Saturday
Today, we are going to watch Disney-Pixar’s “Wall.E” at the theater. Probably, we are going to AMC Theater at Plaza Bonita Mall in National City. My husband is very excited about this movie. He loves Pixar movies. The animation looks perfect and flawless. His most favorite Pixar movie is “Ratataouille”. I really liked that movie too. But I loved the “The Incredibles” more, most especially the story. I can’t wait to watch Wall.E today. I will post about this movie later. I thought Wall-E is very cute. More post later…
hot tea
I love tea . I really like the “celestial seasonings” brand. It is 100% natural. And it is more flavorful than other brands. Study shows that tea contains flavonoid compounds that lower the risk of developing cancer especially ovarian cancer. It protects the cell from DNA damage and helps normalize cell growth. Kaempferol, a flavonoid found in tea, however, can also be found in broccoli, kale and spinach and luteolin, which are provided by peppers, carrots, cabbage and celery, were both recognized as cancer protective. The more vegetables we eat, the less risk we are prone to cancer or diseases. Therefore, it is highly recommended to include a wide variety of vegetables and fruits in our diet; exercising regularly and controlling weight.
I am excited
I am very excited about my resignation. I just couldn’t take closing shifts anymore. I hated the life when I have to go work until 12 midnight. And plus, some customers are very rude at my workplace. Well, I know it’s part of my job as customer service or cashier but sometimes, I have something to say and I can’t because I need my job. Anyhow, I’m happy about my plans of resigning from my job. Life is hard….
hot jalapeños
I like the burning sensation and spice of jalapeño. I had jalapeños in a can, pickled in vinegar with carrots and onions. I can’t really afford to eat fresh jalapeño. I’d burn my mouth to death. haha just exaggerating! Actually, pickled jalapeño is so appetizing to me. Jalapeños (Capsicum annum) are a good source of vitamin C, folate and vitamin A. It can boost our immune system. They are popular chili peppers that have a good amount of heat and rich flavor. They are commonly used in Mexican cooking which add a great deal of flavor. However, most people considered jalapeño as being very hot, but it actually varies from mild to hot depending on how and where it was grown and how it was prepared. The heat is more concentrated in the seeds and the veins. I usually don’t eat the veins. If you want to have a milder taste, remove those parts. You can find jalapeños in a can, pickled and sliced. The sliced jalapeños can be milder than fresh ones. But the whole pickled jalapeños are always hot and it is appetizing most especially with carrots.
